Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data mini-store, a service by Problexa, handles, why, and who can see it.

What we keep

Shop owners and staff: email, name, password (stored only as a secure hash), and the sign-in device's address and browser, for security.
Shops: name, WhatsApp number, products, photos, settings and subscription details.
Customers of a shop: what they enter at checkout (name, phone, area and address, map location if they set one, notes, gift details, photos they attach) and their order.

Why

To run the shops, deliver orders to the shop owner, keep the service secure, stop abuse, and contact owners about their shop and subscription. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

A shop's orders are visible only to that shop's owner and staff, and to our team when needed for support or security.
Companies that run parts of the service for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (photo storage), Google (the checkout map), and browser push services (order notifications, if the owner turns them on).
Customers send their order through WhatsApp themselves, so WhatsApp's own policy applies to that message.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We use only what the service needs: a sign-in cookie and a language cookie in the dashboard, and the customer's browser keeps their cart. We use no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Keeping and deleting

We keep data while the shop is active. Deleting a shop deletes its products and orders; copies may stay in backups for a short time. Records used to limit repeated requests hold a scrambled form of the internet address and are removed within about a day.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, a separate check of every shop's access, and limits on repeated attempts. No online service can promise complete security; if a serious breach affects your data, we'll tell you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Customers should contact the shop first, since each shop decides how it uses its orders; we'll help where we can.
